If nothing happens
The card does not scan immediately?
Use the back of the card, near the QR code.
Keep the phone still for 1 to 2 seconds.
On Android, check that NFC is enabled.

Why does a metal card scan differently?
Metal gives the card its premium look, rigidity and high-end feel. Because metal can limit NFC waves, the card uses a specific NFC area on the back. Once you learn the right gesture, scanning is fast and reliable.
